The above picture compares the sizes of the model home lots from the various communities. As you can see, the Wisteria lot is narrow and deep and is the smallest so we gave that a unit of one. The Gardenside lot is 1.6 times as large, and the Canterbury lot is 1.9 times as large. The Primrose Point lot is over twice as large, though the second model may have had a slightly larger lot than is typical of that subdivision. As one might expect, the Magnolia Estates lots are huge by comparison to all of the other lots. When you see the plat map, you can see how this plays out over the entire area, and this lot difference was surely one of the major factors in the original pricing of the homes.
