The Communities of Bressi Ranch
There are many options in Bressi Ranch, and so there is something for everyone. If you want more specific information, click here to send us a question/request.

Mulberry was Lennar's contribution to providing affordable housing within Bressi Ranch. It is comprised of about 100 condominiums, ranging from 860 to 1120 sq. ft., and the units include interior laundry, 2 or 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with breakfast bar and a one bay garage (with additional parking spaces). Mulberry has its own (but small) tot lot. Mulberry has family size and income requirements, as well as no-sale time limitations. Consequently, these units were quite sought after and few are likely to appear on the market for some time.

At the Heart of the Community
For those who want to live in the heart of Bressi Ranch, there are three community options: Wisteria Place, Gardenside, and Heather Court. These three communities surround Bressi commons, a central park and home of the community center, pools, spa and barbecue area. Some of them have views of the commons, and it is just a minute's stroll for those that don't have a view of it.

The two story homes at Wisteria featured Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” program, with a broad spectrum of sought-after appointments and name-brand features. The homes have three to four bedrooms, with 2½ to 3½ baths. The homes are larger than the Primrose Point homes, but most are situated on narrow but deep lots, perfectly designed for the interior part of the community.

The Gardenside homes are larger than Wisteria, with a single level plan with 2,500 square feet and two-story plans up to 3400 square feet. Larger models include second level laundries, tech centers, teen rooms and three bay garages. These are patio-style homes with smaller, low maintenance yards.

Heather Court homes offer a rustic country look with a front porch setting or an early colonial look with elegant tall pillars. Garages are located behind the homes (accessed by an alley), leaving only the elegance and beauty of the home itself for curbside viewing. Interior laundry rooms are on the second level. The homes range from 2800 to 3100 square feet.

Homes on Larger Lots
The Primrose Point collection is the smallest of the single family communities, but they are situated on larger lots (see plat map page for more info). With a total of four two-story residence options, these three and four bedroom homes offer second level laundry rooms, kitchens with center islands and/or breakfast bars and two to three bay garages. The smallest floor plan of the Primrose Point collection includes a first floor master suite with a fireplace. As one can see from the map, these homes are away from the bulk of the homes in Bressi Ranch, and some of them have very nice views of the green spaces and surrounding hills.

The Cassia collection at Bressi Ranch ,includes a courtyard design with up to 3700 square feet of living space, and can even have a butler's pantry. As you can see from the map, most of the Cassia collection has adjacent green space and so they tend to have a more private feel, and many have views of the hills. The three and four bay garages are fully dry walled.

The Canterbury community has the largest of the Lennar homes at Bressi Ranch. Distinctively detailed with Spanish, Traditional, Monterey or California Cottage architecture, these large executive-style homes provide up to 4600 square feet of living space. Amenities include spectacular gourmet kitchens, master bedroom suites, technologically advanced wiring systems, and many energy efficient upgrades.

Premier, Customized Homes on Very Large Lots
Magnolia Estates are semi-custom homes with the pleasing architectural influence of Colonial Revival, Colonial Federal or Classical Revival. This subdivision is set apart from the other communities and enjoys expansive lot sizes creating a vision of rolling green lawns, welcoming courtyards and grand architecture.
